Meet the Team
Thibault, Managing Partner
Thibault brings over 35 years experience working in the financial services industry (New York & London) with over 20 years experience in wealth management. Thibault has a Masters in Management from ESSEC Business School, and is a French Foreign Trade Adviser (Conseillers du Commerce Exterieur de la France). He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and has been a Trustee of the Friends of the French Institute for over 18 years.
Emma, Partner & Chief Operating Officer
Emma began her career working for one of the largest Superannuation Funds in Australia. She then spent over a decade working for technology companies in Silicon Valley while also playing an active role in the wealth management of one of the wealthiest technologists in the Valley. She has a BA in International Relations from University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Founding Board Member of the Lycee International de Londres, where she has served since 2014.
Oliver, Junior Family Officer
Oliver provides bespoke portfolio and sector analysis for clients and oversees the teams day to day interaction with clients. He has a BSc in Economics and Finance, with honours from Queen Mary University.
His attention to detail, keen organisational skills, planning, and analytical acumen make him an invaluable member of the team.
Renaud, Systems Architecture
Renaud has spent the majority of his career managing the front, middle and back-office control functions for a variety of global financial institutions. He has a Masters in Business Degree from ESSEC Business School. Renaud consults with Gemini to provide periodic workflow audits to ensure our systems are robust and offer the best platform to create bespoke reporting for our clients.
